We are committed to protecting your privacy. The Holy Quran app is designed as a spiritual tool — not a data collection platform. We collect as little information as possible.

2.1 No Backend — No Data Sent to Us
The Holy Quran app has no backend server. We do not receive, store, or process any data from your device on our servers. Your usage of the app is entirely private and never transmitted to Nanosoft Group.
2.2 Internet Connection — Fetching Content
The app connects to the internet solely to fetch content artifacts such as audio recitation files and other Quran-related resources. These are download-only requests; no personal data or usage information is sent as part of these requests.
2.3 Optional Google Account — Backup & Sync
You may optionally sign in with your Google account to back up your preferences and settings to your personal Google Drive. This feature is entirely opt-in — the app functions fully without it.
- Backup data is stored in your own Google Drive, not on our servers
- We do not have access to your Google Drive or any data stored there
- Only app preferences and settings are backed up — not browsing history or personal data
- You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings
Google Drive backup is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
2.4 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
Bookmarks, reading position, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is accessible only by you and the app. It never leaves your device unless you opt in to Google Drive backup.
3. How We Use Information
Because the app has no backend, we do not receive or process any of your personal data. The only external interactions the app performs are:
- Downloading content artifacts (audio, resources) from the internet
- Syncing preferences to your own Google Drive, if you opt in
We do not use your information for advertising, analytics, marketing, or selling.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your information with any third parties.
If you use the optional Google Drive backup, your data is handled solely between your device and your personal Google account, governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Nanosoft Group has no access to this data.
The app is distributed via Google Play Store, subject to Google Play Terms of Service.
5. Data Storage & Security
Nanosoft Group operates no servers that store user data. All app data — bookmarks, reading position, and preferences — resides exclusively on your device or, if you opt in, in your own Google Drive account.
We do not have the ability to access, modify, or delete your data remotely, as no data is held by us. Your privacy is protected by design.
6. Children's Privacy
The Holy Quran app is suitable for all ages and is commonly used by families and children for Quran learning. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
Since we collect no personal data, the app presents no privacy risk to children.
7. Your Rights & Data Deletion
Since we operate no backend and hold no user data on our servers, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete from our systems.
To remove locally stored app data (bookmarks, preferences), clear the app's data via your device's App Settings, or uninstall the app.
If you used Google Drive backup, you can delete the backup data directly from your Google Drive, and revoke the app's access via Google Account Permissions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Significant changes will be announced within the app.
